5. As for Joe, I think that he understands the importance of staying the course in Iraq. America and Israel can ill afford another Middle Eastern State ruled by Islamic Jihadists.

   Joe still maintains most democratic ideals but where he parts ways with them is on the "war on terrorism".

   As a Jew, he can understand better then most other politicians, the importance of fighting terrorist in there own backyard. IF the extremist get a firm foothold in Iraq they won't stop with the toppling of the local government. They won't be satisfied until they iradicate the sovereign state of Israel.

   Regarding Joe ties to the republican party, wouldn't it be great if John McCain would announce Joe Lieberman as his running mate?
