1. Yes, but who cares about charisma? We don't NEED that; we need intelligence.
2. You can't really call him a trained actor, because he is anything but that. His movies are all cinematographer's wet dreams, but they contain no place for him to actually act, just stunts and big explosions and catchy one-liners.

   He even uses the one-liners from his movies in his press statements. But if you see how people act when a celebrity is the subject of discussion, it's like their brains disengage and they become these weird sycophantic zombies or something. I don't quite get it, but I'm glad I don't.

   Charisma? No. Celebrity? Yes. Big difference.

3. Not really, I would ask you to show me what substantial changes Arnold has brought to the state of California.
4. He's the TERMINATOR. No charisma needed.
5. Not really, plus he can't run for president and that isn't changing, so it doesn't matter.
6. I think his shtick is mostly cheesy showmanship. I don't think he really has what I would call "charisma."
7. I don't think he has any.
8. He kills people, that's what he does! That is all he does!
