1. I'm not a Californian <thank goodness> so I can't speak for them, but seeing as how he's been elected (an reelected I think) somebody must like him.
2. Speaks volumes about California, and I think appropriate.
3. Yes he is a turncoat! He was elected as a republican but now kisses the democrats a@@ He has too many Kennedy s in his family!!
4. Nah, mostly just as a human being.
5. He's done wonders for the Californian econemy, he's fixed several problems that Gray Davis had caused. The people like him, its the unions that dont, and they shouldnt, Lets face it, unions are anti-american. They do little for the worker, except take thier money, and they badmouth politicians, expecially rebublicans, why? Because republicans support what makes this country great, capitalism, competition. Unions, and liberals are out to destroy what makes this country great. While unions were a great thing at one time, they have done little good for anyone since shortly after they started.
6. I don't DISlike him, but I don't like him. As a Californian, I put up with him.

   He has slowly veered to the center of the political spectrum, which is good for California. After his whole special election thing I think he got the message.

7. Nope, think he's doing an OK job.. he is not a very good republican and that's what I like about him best.
8. I don't live there, but he seems to be better now that he has dropped the tough guy act and stopped kissing George Bush's butt.
