Poor Paris really deserves a second chance. After all she has given us so much in music and entertainment.

I think that people look up to the rich and famous more than need be. They are only people after all and if you take us "normal" people out of the picture, they would not be rich and famous. 6. If it was an average Joe on the street do you think the governor would give him a pardon? I really don't think so. So I don't think she deserves to be pardoned in this case…if she is…it's pretty much saying just because I'm a celebrity I can get away with anything. And it's Paris after all she's tough the girl can handle it and sure enough it's gonna just get her more fame. I don't hate the girl cause I do feel sorry for her but I think she should have to spend some time in jail.

29. I disagree! Paris is a beautiful girl! She's everything everyone wants to be. But that shouldn't let her get away with a dui. I mean she has been in trouble before and if it was some bum he would've got longer than 45 days. I think that they should consider her safety. Jail is no joke.
