My co worker says GW Bush is trying to change consitution so Arnold schwarzenegger can be president. Is this True ? is there any chance ? I hope not.

2. No, but it's a shame, he's a great governor. Even the lefties had to admit that when they voted for him last week.
3. the republican party wants to have a constitutional amendment allowing foreign born american citizens to hold office. it would take an amendment to the constitution to allow that, and it probably would not happen in time for arnold to hold office. it can take years for the states to ratify an amendment.
