Our recent history is replete with joke politicians such as those mentioned above. Are we masochistic enough to do it again?

1. Yeah right, but the fact remains…he's some former bodybuilder, bad actor who became a politician. Out of 300 plus million people in our country, this is the best we can do? You are actually impressed by this guy? Come on now, he's a joke and the other characters are all jokes. Sorry for my great expectations!

4. How are these leaders joke politicians? They have all demonstrated great leadership. Nixon is mostly remembered for Watergate, but other than that he was a very good President. Reagan is remembered as a great communicator. Giuliani was instramental in the days after 9/11. The Governator is considered a great leader by many Californians.

7. Are you delusional or just completely ignorant of Californian politics? Schwarzenegger won with a huge margin because he is great for our state and is one of the first politicians in a very long time who has been able to cross the Republican/Democrat divide. Under his term, CA has been able to avoid waiting on the Federal Government to promote green energy (30%+ of our statewide power is produced using green sources. That number is growing every day), stem cell research, and a myriad of other technological advances that will help humanity and further enrich CA.
8. Schwarzenegger has improved the Californian economy, led the way towards logical environmental protection and has been generally excellent for California. Just because the person isn't some Liberal lawyer does not mean he won't be a good politician.

9. I am a republican and I can just about assure you that Rudy won't be nominated by our party. He is too liberal on social issues and the mainstream conservative base of the Republican party will not nominate him for that reason. Right now it is still early in the game and republican voters are not fully aware of who Rudy is just yet. But some are coming to realize that Rudy is a liberal. Rudy is beginning to drop in the polls and Mitt Romney is beginning to rise in popularity. Why? Because Rudy is a liberal and Mitt's conservatism appeals to the mainstream republican party.
