1. Arnold is excluded from Presidential office by the Constitution of the United States of America.

   Article 2, Section 1 states that:

   "No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any Person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty-five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States."

   The Constitution is a fantstic document. Have you ever read it? It provides all sorts of rights and liberties granted to citizens of the United States of America, such as the First Amendment:

   "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. "

   It's what gives you the right to ask all of your questions, which really aren't questions at all, regardless of whether or not people happen to agree with you or not.

2. No one with any kind of critical-decision-making ability. And, besides, it will never get to that point. Arnold's candidacy is a non-starter since he doesn't even seem to be particularly popular with his own constituency. He promised to 'make the tough' decisions but has instead merely devoted himself to getting re-elected. Conservative Tom Mc Clintock is the real bright star of California politics! And I'm not even a Republican.
