Foreign nations know America by our media and what they see on t.v. To them, Arnold is the "terminator" and I doubt ANYONE would screw around with him. By the way, does anyone know if non-U.S. born citizens can run for President?

Only a moron could confuse a Korean and a Mexican. secondly Yeah I think that is how most of the world percieves America, All they really know about our culture is from their TV's. So yeah having the Terminator as the President would be a hell of a psychological detterant to war, especially with Kim Jon Il who is a huge fan of Western movies.
    Thirdly I don't think that even Koreans care about Mexicans either.
