I was watching "Supersize She" (a documentary on a female bodybuilder) and I was wondering: are there any regulations on implant use in competitions (specifically: breast implants)?

1. No there aren't any regulations, however, if its too big it would distract from the muscles which is not what they want when competing. The reason for bodybuilders getting implants is because the percentage of body fat in their body is so low, they lose all natural breast tissue. Aesthetically, the bodybuilder with the implants has a more feminine and appealing look then the competitor with no breast tissue.

3. The woman on Supersize She had breast implants (I'm guessing because she lost her breasts from building her body mass up so much), and it didn't seem to affect her comptetion.
