How to become fat?
hi friends. I need your help. iam facing a lot of problem with my physique where ever I go. iam tooooooo slim. And also too tall. I have tried alot by eating all types of food. But no use. I cant bear this any more. please help me. can any one tell the best diet in building my body? . My details are:
- age:20
- eat a lot of bread and soda.
oh yeah, and stay on the couch and watch tv day and night.
- sex:female
- weight:48
- Combine proteins, polycarbohydrates and and fat, but dont go overboard. Try a balogna or salami sandwhich with sweet potatoe pie chips. Add some egg salad too if your adventurous.
Dont go overboard, but it might just me that you have a very high metabolism. - You are whippet thin. I have the same weight at 5'5" and am chided about my small stature. (but not by my docs- good bloods, lots of muscle, and mostly, I have an extremely tiny skeleton)
You want to combine protein (because muscle gain along wth essential fat is important) with HEALTHY carbs and fats. Healthy carbohydrates are in sweet fruits, whole grains… and healthy fats are things ike nuts, seeds (also tey have protein and calcium!) olive oil, canola (rapeseed) oil, fish oil, fatty fish, avocadoes and coconuts.
Sugars aren't healthy for anyone, in large amounts, so don't binge on junk to gain weight. You'll screw your insulins up.
Have you ever seen an endocrinologist about hormonal factors that may cause the body to be unable to maintain a healthier weight? There are several things that can cause this, and your doctor can you refer you to have a few simple tests. They're almost all controlable through hormone replacement and this could be extremely helpful to you, IF it is the case.
Genetics plays a huge part in things like this, and if you're family are full of tall whippet thin people, then you may have to settle for slightly underweight, in the end.
- bananas, avocado, eggs, butter, and don't forget sweets!
- hey swty… I think eat junk food…oh and lots of fast foods….
but DONT over-do it you dont wanna become a monster…mwah
just be healthy
good luck
- give me some advice please.
- height:5'9"
- according to the new research,
you don't take the break first. - You sound anorexic, even Tammy Faye weighs more than that with her medical condition. Consult a doctor to make sure your body is digesting fat, you are not bulimic or have another eating disorder.
Concentrate on eating foods with high caloric content such as shakes, meat, pasta, butter, pizza and other food you love.
- Eat alot of oily food like chicken wings, fried chicken, potatoes, cheese and many more…..believe me I was once like you very very slim.my weight was 35…..now is 45 see 10kg…..k bye hope you become fat….
- note: my'n is very heat body
- just have to eat more.
There is a medicine for epilepsy ( I don't remember the name but a doctor or pharmacist would know ) that has to be ordered via a doctor that will make you fat. One big problem with this medicine is that it also shrinks the brain.
- 48 lbs!!!!!!!!!! eat some pasta, quick!!!!! that's all I have, besides ice cream and soap operas.
- Have you been checked out by a doctor because it may be a medical reason you are so thin. If you have been eating fating food and not gaining you should see a doctor. I hope you have been eating a lot of ice cream, sugar helps as well as high calorie fruit like bananas.
Best wishes for success. - Start smoking pot so you will get the munchies. Don't walk anywhere except from the couch to the bathroom. Drink lots of soda and beer and don't exercise. Eat right before you go to bed and skip meals. You should be a lard *** in no time!
- look you dont want to become fat because if you do get fat you'll be saying to yourself 'I want to lose weight, im so fat and ugly' and you will regret it, stay slim love……
- eat and sleep and do nothing.
fried, oily food
chocolates, cakes
rice, pasta, noodles
or anything with coconut milk
