If a small breasted female (34b) works out nude will her breasts become saggy? any other problums?
I am an 18 year old nudest who likes to work out in the nude and plan on strength training. will I encounter any problums? also, even though I am a size 34b, what kinda problums would someone who is built with a 36c body have?
- I do low-impact workouts in my apartment while nude (pushups, situps, stretching, yoga, and some light weights), but for anything much more than that I am uncomfortable without a sports bra. (I have, on occassion, worn *only* a sports bra (no bottoms) which is a really funny sight to see.
Personally, I'm not too worried about what happens to "the girls." They're just going to start sagging someday, anyway.
- When you are exerecising a lot, it is better to wear a sports bra for support. There could be an accidental injury to your breast when you are on a work out, and it is better to take care.
As you are a nudist, you would be used to letting your breasts free for quite a bit of time, and this is good for the skin as it could then breathe normally without constricting clothes. Breasts would tend to sag for all women even if they wear bras all 24 hours, and this sag would be more noticeable for bigger breasts. If you give proper support to your breasts when you do your work outs and also when you need to wear clothes in the normal course, it shouldnt make any difference to your breasts. Please continue to be nude as much as is possible and your breasts wont be any worse of for this. - Eventually gravity taking toll or child bearing is going to happen causing breasts to sag a bit.
A smaller breast will not hang over like a larger breast, and will just drop lower onto the chest.
Working out builds muscle behind the breast not the breast tissue, therefore will not prevent sagging.
- Depends on the Gym You plan on going to..but seriously..I'm not a nudist,or know any personally,but I hear it's recommended for women to wear a supportive sports bra when training..especially for bigger sizes..
- NAW She will build up muscles under the breast and strengthen them. Why do it nude…You can hurt yourself. Weight and Strength training can be a bear…Problem did you spell it wrong on purpose…
- Depending on the overall balance of your workout and how much you focus on pectoral excercises, you should actually experience some what of a breast lift the natural way.
You wont see a dramatic difference but I would advise you to not over do workouts in the area questioned unless you are going for a highly defined look. contact a local plastic surgeon and pass your question along to get a second opinion.
