I want a very flat tummy,tight thighs and butt, curves at my waist and to be toned but have a soft femine model look yet being very healthy and staying curvy. also from my goals what body fat does it look I'll probably want to shot for? any tips of what food and exercise I should do to achieve my goals please let me know. thanks

- hav a good build but u shouldnt worry about ur weight if u want to go ahead.
- Sounds healthy, depending on height. Low calorie diets are always good.. And cardio is the best work out, 3 times a week an hour each time.
- Try calculating your BMI as a gauge.
