What is the correct body weight for a female, small build, five feet 3 inches tall.?

  1. 5ft3 female:

    Small frame: 105lb-120lb
    Medium frame: 115lb-130lb
    Large frame: 125lb-140lb

    HTH : )

  2. Depending on your age, anywhere from 110 in the younger range to 135 in the older range, by the time you're 60, 140 lbs will be great, as long as you're exercising. As you get older you might get sicker more often and then you can be too skinny and bounce back as quickly. The main thing is to eat relatively healthy and stay active all the time.
  3. Small build should probably be 105-110. I'm a small frame, 5'4 and I weigh 105 and am on the thin side.
  4. You should get yourself the free Science of Fat DVD. It explains a lot.
  5. About 100-115
  6. 110. petite women are Hot.
  7. 110 pds
  8. it depends…if you are a very athletic person that lifts weight, you should probably weigh more than if you just sit around eating all the time….muscle weighs more than fat, so you need to know your BMI (Body Mass Index)…not the wieght you are suppose to be…
  9. 100-120 lbs.
  10. 105-140 according to Body mass index
