Which exercise is best for loosing weight?
I'm doing body building & fitness in gym, I'm 37 , female, want to loose 5 kg.
- cardio workouts (running, cycling, hiking etc) - the ones that make you sweat. a lot…
- You lose weight when you burn more calories than you ingest. Any activity will burn calories but cardio aerobic exercises burn them fastest. I.e. running, biking, to a level where you keep your target heart rate to around 60-75% of maximum. Target heart rate can be determined by using this simple equation:
220- your age x .70 = target hear rate to maintain
(this is for 70% level..start lower if your a beginner..use .60)
If you allow your heart rate to raise above this, you will not be burning fats, just sugars and therefore you will not lose the weight you can lose with a cardio workout
- It has been proven that sex is the best overall exercise…. It works every muscle in the human body.
