A diet to loose 30 lbs with simple exercise and walking..help? please no negative feedback?

well, to keep the sob story out and straight to the point, im male, 17, about 5,3" and 180 lbs.

  1. my friends all weigh around 150 and are PLENTY skinnier than me, I want to loose I guess around 30 lbs to see if im any closer to than, im tired of being so bulky, feeling unhealthy, and having a girlfriend I love that im afraid the way I look all the time might not impress her. and summer is coming so I want to do alot with her this time around and not be afraid, or sweat the second I step int eh sun

  3. my question, is there any good "diet/smallworkout" to burn that all off, and most of all my "manboobs" and arms, but im already bulky, I dont really want to build muscle I want to feel better about my bodies boundrys thats all.another problem, I dont eat much food, adn I weigh 180 becuase I dont like much, just a few things, which are fattening
  4. so I have rather large thighs, large stomach, "man boobs" (which beleive it or not are humilating at moments) and rather large biseps,
  5. All you need to do is count your calories mate.

    Your body has a set amount of calories it needs a day (for your age, weight, height) to keep your current weight. To lose weight, you go under this amount. Cut out 3500 calories a week, you lose 1 pound — that's just 500 calories less a day.

    Use the above site (SparkPeople), it's what I use and I've lose about 7 kgs (15lbs) since Christmas, doing not much at all. Just counting calories and doing a day or two of cardio a week.
