  1. thanks for all your answers
  2. start out with your basic lifts to build size and strength. deadlifts, barbell rows, pullups, bench press, incline press, military press, if you are new to weightlifting in general, you should start by doing 10-12 reps per set to condition your body to weightlifting and learning proper form of the exercises to avoid injury, after some time, you can begin to increase the weights and decrease the reps. as for food , concentrte on eating enough protein anad carbs for growth, I am nt gonna get into specifics now, if you want them, feel free to email me, check out bodybuilding . com, its a great site with tons of diet and training info, good luck
  3. Ok, go to http://www.boeafitness.com for our free workout routines.
  4. simply WALK, and just limit to wat you eat starting from breakfast(Which is most important) to dinner which is lease important. if you consume mainly protien for dinner and lots of good carbs and fruits in the morning you should be ok
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats
and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
    8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little
IN WORKOUTS, TRY TO GET ON A ROUTINE…NEVER GO IN THE GYM AND WORK OUT THE SAME THING EVERYDAY. WAT I USALLY DO IS I WORK OUT 2 PARTS OF MY BODY A DAY, WIT 30 MINS OF CARDIO. FOR EX; MONDAY-CHEST/BACK TUES; ARMS/DELTS WENS' ARMS/BACK THURS; CHEST/DELTS AND SO ON MAYBE FRIDAY ILL DO LEGS OR SOMETHING…OH ALSO MON/WENS/FRI TRY TO DO ANY ABS U CAN DO….SO UR BODY GETS BALANCED OUT AND YOU GET A NICE MIDSECTION STRETCH….
