Can I lose fat without losing wieght? Please read?

I am a 6ft Male and I wieght 180lbs. I have been exercising like crazy the past six weeks. I have lost almost 20lbs. Now, I am not "fat" but my body is fat-if that makes sence.

  1. My waist is a 34, but my belly is big and my man boobs are an A cup. I want to slim down in the chest snd belly area, but I dont really need to lose anymore wieght. Is this possible?
  2. Weight training.
    It will build muscle, and the more muscle you have, the more fat you burn.
  3. I do eat right. No suger or fast food in six weeks. I eat wheat instead of white and so on. I think I am doing eerything right so far and I have done it without any diet pills. Just running 3 miles a day.

  5. I was doing AB exercises but people said as long as I had fat on my belly my abs would not show and my belly would just look bigger because I would build muscle under my fat.
  6. Convert the remaining mass to muscle/ tone your body.

    By doing long reps with a lighter weight-set you will have lean and long muscles. Doing fewer reps with more weight will bulk you up.

  7. Absolutely. I've lost 3% of my body fat since January, but my weight is actually up about 4-5 pounds. I did this by eating plenty of healthy food (not dieting) and incorporating lots of weight training into my workouts. If a girl can do it, you can, since you have more testosterone!
  8. What do I need to do tackle this last hurdle? Build a little muscle in my stomache and chest while getting rid of the fat that is just in those two areas. The rest of me is now skinny!!
