Fitness Advice. I just got a bowflex. I want to loose body fat and get cut but not put on bulky muscle.?

I have a bowflex ultima 2 which is a great machine because you can move from one excercise to the next. I have a tendancy to bulk up very easily and do not like this look. I want a lean swimmer build. Does anyone know how much resistance I should use? Should I use different resistance levels for different body parts?

  1. I am a male 5'7 160 lbs my torso is rather short with long legs for my height. I would realy like to get lean and cut. Diet advice would be great too. I am an existing member of weight watchers and love the plan because it's easy to stay with it and change what you eat.
  2. Thanks for the advice
  3. hmmm… put the minimum resistence in it then try it.

P.S. How much does it cost?
