I have a bowflex ultima 2 which is a great machine because you can move from one excercise to the next. I have a tendancy to bulk up very easily and do not like this look. I want a lean swimmer build. Does anyone know how much resistance I should use? Should I use different resistance levels for different body parts?
- I am a male 5'7 160 lbs my torso is rather short with long legs for my height. I would realy like to get lean and cut. Diet advice would be great too. I am an existing member of weight watchers and love the plan because it's easy to stay with it and change what you eat.

- hmmm… put the minimum resistence in it then try it.
