How much weight can I put on…?
in 2 months? if I follow a strict bodybuilding and eating routine?
- I am 5'10" and I weigh 10st 7lbs. im 21 and male.
- 5'10 and 10st at 21 sounds about average - Don't put weight on purpoesly… At 21 you should be doing excercise to build muscle… Do pressups, situps and squats … mix it with some curcuit training… Remember, muscle weighs more than fat so you main gain a bit… but you'll be buff as hell!

- Well if a person can lose half a stone in a month which im sure is a healthy amount…you can atleast put a stone on in 2 months? maybe more because of the bodybuilding because they say muscle weights more than fat itself..

- to be a health wieght you take your hieght and divide it by 2 and thats what your waist should be I'm a girl and only train about 4 times a week I'm a size 10 5'10 like you and I wiegh 11-5 stones. PS small wieghts lots of reps and if you keep them long (time) and slow then you'll develope the full muscle. and incease the wieght gradually good look. PPS remember to take your ipod to the gym will you X
