How to work out for the summer?

I am an adolescent male with an average build. I'm pretty much gonna be bored all summer so I thought that I should work out. I have full access to a great gym. I need to know what to work on to end this summer with a rockin' body. And obviously, easy workouts are preferred :-P

  1. Let's put it this way… you'll get out what you put in. If there were some kind of "secret fromula" it would never stay secret, someone would get really rich and everyone would be doing it! =^) Just make the commitment and stay faithful to that great gym you've referred to!!! There will be plenty of people willing to coach and encourage you!

  2. Hit the gym around every 3 days or so. If you have your own equipment, use it while watching tv. Do pushups and situps every day, etc
  3. Buy the Body Sculpting Bible for Men
    The workouts are hard and often, but totally worth it.
    It has a 10 week break-in routine that's perfect for summer.
    It's also great for motivation.

  4. Go Weekdays and Sunday.Or get at rainer with schedule
