I need a chest work out?
I am male about 6'6 to 6'7.5 and I am 327. I have a good build for my hieght but I feel I am flabby… I would like to build a more firm chest and the rest of my body. What is good to do and please dont say push ups. I work in a hospital and have access to a great gym but I need to know what to use. and what to do. Can some one please help?

There are few 3-d animated excercises on the net too go search for them there are really good. Have fun

- Bench press and more bench press
- a proper chest workout that will be most effective for goals would be like this:
- Barbell bench press: 4 x 10-12
- Incline barbell press: 3 x 10-12
- Dumbbell flies : 3 x 12-15
- decline dumbell press: 3 x 10-12rest 1 minute between sets
do this 1 -2 times a week along with a a workout for the rest of your body too
