I need a chest work out?

I am male about 6'6 to 6'7.5 and I am 327. I have a good build for my hieght but I feel I am flabby… I would like to build a more firm chest and the rest of my body. What is good to do and please dont say push ups. I work in a hospital and have access to a great gym but I need to know what to use. and what to do. Can some one please help?

Well as for the workout thing you could get workout books or invest in a personal trainer? There are few 3-d animated excercises on the net too go search for them there are really good. Have fun

    Don't count how many you do, just do them very slowly.

  5. Bench press and more bench press
  6. a proper chest workout that will be most effective for goals would be like this:
    - Barbell bench press: 4 x 10-12
    - Incline barbell press: 3 x 10-12
    - Dumbbell flies : 3 x 12-15
    - decline dumbell press: 3 x 10-12

    rest 1 minute between sets

    do this 1 -2 times a week along with a a workout for the rest of your body too
