Im a 10 yr. old male and want muscle and a six pack im 5'2?
how can a 10 yr old get a six pack. Body Building for 10 yr. olds. 10 yr. old six pack
- this all started at summer camp when I saw courtney fetters. when I go to the pool I want to look good. I lift 8.7 pound in right and left
- Wow…I'm impressed you want to start lifting early but seriously, don't. You probably just started puberty and you are so not ready! At your age, all you will do is get stronger but you can hardly even tell you are getting bigger or muscular. Six pack, probably can't get it yet.
Trust me, all you should do is push ups, sit ups, and pull ups. That is the safe way. And for lifting weights, you shouldn't because you may stunt your growth.
- who cares, what are you in grade 4 or 5? take it easy , stop watching tv, just stay healthy and live your life, your 10 years old who cares how you look.
- dude you barley staeted puberty you are not going to get substanstial muscle growth so dont even try, maybe in 3 years or so
- your going to kill yourself. Your not even finished puberty yet.
- I think you should do more sit ups and press ups to avoid the weight and dumbells and I have a 6 pak and also I have nice and big arm but I do weight and I am 13 but I would avoid weights and do more fitness stuff and sit ups and press up I no skipping might sound a bit girly but it is one of the best ways to keep fat off and if you want a 6 pak then you need to loss all the fat around this area and also I think you should concider boxing or kick boxing becuse this keeps you fit and get you a 6 pak and helps you keep it and also rugby is a good sport for that I was wanting a 6 pak at that age also I didnt get one till I was 11 so be patient
- You're going to have to wait a few years yet. Your body is not supplying the hormones you need to build any kind of muscle yet.
