Is it normal for a man to have a slight dimple just above his penis? Could this be an intersexed attribute?

23 years old. Athletic, in great shape. Not sure if my build has anything to do with it. I have very defined abs and low body fat percentage. I've been reading how 1/1000 children born have intersexed characteristics… just wondering if this could something along those lines. I've got normal male body parts, nothing missing, everything works fine 
- Doesn't sound abnormal, but ask physician.
- I wanna see that. lol!
