Looking to get defined as far as upper body goes biceps/abs/chest?
I already have a good build as a 19 year old male id just like to be more tone and defined but id like to do it in an inexpensive way
- Invest in some dumbells and start doing bicep curls, lateral raises, chest presses, chest flys, etc.
For your abs use one dumbell to do oblique crunches and standard crunches. Do about 10 reps in two sets for each exercise. Do this every second day to give your muscles a day to recover and relax.
