Males: What's the fastest way to get built?

I'm a female who doesn't have any excersise equipment. I only have the arm weights. I have two 20 pound ones I do every day, 100 times each. So What about the rest of my body? What can I do? And how does one eat when they want to get built? Do you eat like you normally do? I only eat twice a day. Sometimes once with a few snacks. I'm planning on walking 3 miles each day, or running 2. I'm only on 1 mile a day right now though.

  3. forget steroids. check out womens health.com or research som other female exercise sites, you can find millions of exercises for everypart of your body. and you need to fuel yourself with protien 5-6 times a day. if you want to get "built" focus on strength training- not cardio. if you dont have lots of equip use your body weight and gravity. for instance, pushups
  4. Eat more. You cant get built without taking in the calories. Eat at least 3 times a day with a 2 healthy snacks in between. Running and doing so many reps with the weights wont add any muscle mass.
  5. If you are excercising, you have to eat enough protein. This is 0.75gm per body pound. If you weigh 100 pounds, you should eat 75gm of protein. Each meal should contain 30gm of protein. So should eat at least 3 meals a day (or 25 gm of protein per meal). Good sources of protein are egg white, chicken (free range preferable) and fish. Forget about steroids. Let you body produce them naturallly by doing excercising.
  6. If you looking for muscle, then you immediatly need to change your eating habits. Eat half your body weight in grams of protein every day. The weights are good for your arms, do shoulder press for shoulder muscles, bicep curls for your biceps and dunbell benchpress for your triceps. Hold the weights and do lunges for a good hamstring workout, the running/walking will take care of calfs. Situps for abs, a gym membership would be a good idea and talk to a personal trainer for some more tips. (also friendly people at you local supplament shos will help you out alot)
  7. Running will build up your legs. I would eat normally, but do not over eat. The best is to eat a bunch of small meals through out the day. It helps you burn your metabolism. As it comes to the dumbells. I would buy an assorted amount of weights. With these weights you could do your shoulders, chest, arms and back. Here is a list of exercises to do.

  8. you should join a gym and totally FORGET having steroids, they are not good and if not taken with proper supervison will screw up your system and give you host of other problems.

    With the dumbells you have you can do various excersises at home for your chest, trisecps, back, shoulders etc… check out some site with working out tips….

    For building muscles a person needs to have a high protien diet. Check you diet and include more high protein foods in Like soy, tuna, chicken breast, Egg white etc. You would have to eat normally only but only high protien foods with less fath content. If you looking to build some serious muscles then your body would require 1 Gram of Protein for every Pound of your body weight. Tyr dividing your daily intake into 5-6 small meals, it will help your metabolism go through the roof and help you digest better.

    And dont have steroids at all they are really not good for you. If you want to have some kind of supplements then try Whey Protien, Egg Protien, Soy Protien, Rice Protien etc. which are readily available all over the net and shops.

  9. Keep a log. Start your day with 5 lunges, 5 squats, 5 situps and 5 pushups. Also do this before sleep. The next day 6 lunges, 6 squats, etc. After few months, you'll be fit. For nutrition info, please go to library or bookstore. Good Luck.
  10. Try some real physical work! Be a hodtender for at least 6 months, then see the diff! Best thing is, you would also get paid to do this!!
  11. I SUGGEST TO YOU,THAT U GO TO THE GYM EVERY DAY IF POSSIBLE,OR
    3 TIMES A WEEK. I ALSO RECOMMEND U DO HEAVY SETS,WORKING DIFFERENT PARTS OF THE BODY DIFFERENT DAYS. ALSO 3MEALS A DAY WITH SNACKS BETWEEN.NOT TO FORGET EATING THE RITE TYPE OF FOODS,`WITH ENOUGH LIQUID AND ADEQUATE REST.

  13. forget al of that long winded junke the easiest way to get built up? want too get built up really fast have the big one come at you there hons? try oral sexx it , grows really fast!!
  14. Need heavier weights if you want built… repititions will reduce size, heavier weights build the muscles significantly better…
