Please help me!! I am desperate to gain weight!!!?
Here we go. Im male 27 yrs old, 6 foot 4 and weigh 155 pounds! Yes 155 pounds!!! I've tryed everything in the book. Stuffing my face with good food, lifting only heavy weights with low sets and all the GNC supplements you can imagine.I have a athletic build but no mass. I'm very ashamed of my body and my image. And a am little depressed as a result. I made the decision to start looking into steroids but dont know where to start. D-bolon and Anadrolin are the ones I'm curious about starting even though I dont know how to attain them. I know there are risk but only if you take them long term or stack to much at once. I'm willing to take the risk and try them. Can my Dr. prescribe these or something similar? Please message me back with advice. Its greatly appreciated!

- my best advice is do not be stressed and be happy. well, you did your best in gaining weight as what you have said. try to visit your doctors, I think more than one doctor for second opinion and try to check everything in your body. and do not be desperate in gaining weight. be happy, stress free and stay healthy.

- Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

I understand your plight, you are a classic ectomorph. This body type is a hard-gainer. But you can overcome this with the right life-style choices. You can not change your bone structure, but you can increase your density to some degree (add mass) by starting from scratch.
Assuming you have no other medical issues, you should not consider steroids or other aggressive therapies as an option. This 3 step plan requires time, dedication and focus.
1. Take a complete personal inventory of your lifestyle, document, how many hours you sleep, how restful was it. Everything you eat and/or drink throughout the day. What type of activities you do, the type of job you have, the amount of stress in your life. This has to be detailed and precise.
2. Define your goals in all the above areas. They have to be clear, concise, measureable.
3. Take the steps necessary to achieve these goals. They will be small steps and each one must be mastered before moving on to the next one.
This includes simple idea of making sure you are eating five times a day, well proportioned meals. Drinking approximately 1 gallon of water a day. Receiving a proper- balanced nutrition level (45% protein 45% carbohydrates 10% fat). This will have to be balanced throughout the day to meet the needs of the activiites, so it will vary dramatically depending on activity level. Getting enough rest for your body to allow it to fully recover between activity periods. (Remember activity can be mental, as much as physical) Eliminating self-destructive behaviors that are counterproductive to your success in meeting your goals.
This is a long-term process, not a quick fix. Food supplements do help and do work, but they have to be integrated into your eating plan not a replacement for them.

- well just to function your body needs about 2500 cals so make sure your eating at least 3000 a day and go towards foods that are surprisingly high in calories like peanutbutter, trail mix, any type of potato salad, anything with cheese sauce, and fst food but be sure to eat plenty of veggies and fruits your body needs
and avoid whole grain enriched processed flour turns to fat faster. - You need to eat. I am positive if I had you a month I could put weight on you fast.
Lots of eating, lots of down time or rest, and weight bearing exercise
