Please help me!!!!!!!!?

I'm 14 years old, 5 foot 6, 175 pounds,(FAT!), and I would really like to change my body alot. I'm a male by the way. Is it possible for me to build muscle without having to lose weight first? If I go on a muscle gain program will I burn fat when doing muscle workout, (which requires 2000 calories AND 60 G PROTEIN DAILY.

You will burn some fat doing a muscle workout, but you need to lose a little fat with cardio before you start your muscle gain program or you'll end up looking bigger at first- the muscle will build up under the fat. You should try dieting and doing cardio only for the first four weeks, and then add strength training. You'll be happier with your results. Also, don't forget that muscle weighs more than fat, so don't be discouraged if the number on the scale doesn't change much! Good luck!
