What excersises using my own body weight could I do?
Well, last time I checked ( about 6 months ago), I was 14 stone, I'm guessing now I'm about 14.5ish. maybe more.
- I'm 15 years old + 5.7ish ( male )

- I have no equipment what so ever, so I run up the stairs faster. it definitely makes my legs stronger and while out shopping for daily groceries I walk a little faster while holding the groceries…. just always that little extra while doing normal things. that gets my heart rate up and prevents me from becoming a total couch potato…. and I love to swim… but that you need a pool for :-)))
- Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
- not in a boastful way, but I do think some of it is muscle as a few years ago I spent most of my day doing swimming etc, for about 4 years straight, I also did light weightlifting for a while, after a day of trying a pullup every hour or two, I can usually do one, a lousy one.
- Oh, I don't have anything to help me anymore, So preferably workouts using my own bodyweight or things around the house, ( Urls accepted with lot's of hugs ),
- push ups are good, the wider you place your hands the more it works your chest the closer in, the more it works shoulders and triceps
- One of the very best is good, old fashioned pushups - works multiple muscle groups in the arms, shoulders, chest.

The best exercises are squats, push-ups, chin-ups, leg lifts, etc.
And don't forget that you can turn common household items into workout equipment. Water jugs filled with sand work quite well.
- How could I, build more muscle + lose fat? as all I did was lay on my *** in front of the pc and now I'm fat + stretch mark galore.
