Whats an easy diet plan to follow for bodybuilding?

im 5 8 and 150lbs male

  1. I am a figure competitor (the feminine version of women's bodybuilding).

    Stick to your complex carbs & lean proteins & good fats. Oatmeal, egg whites, chicken, turkey, sweet potatoes, natural peanut butter, nuts, fruits, whey protein, etc. And definitely don't forget your green veggies!

  2. pasta, rice, chicken, tuna, lean steak ,and water
  3. A good mix of Protein, Carbs and essential fats

    Remember to eat some protein and carbs after a workout and to space your meals out over the day (small and often) this provides constant stream to your growing muscles.

    Other things, get enough sleep as this is when you grow, drink plenty of fluids and finally make sure you train.
