A built body…?
I want to have a body like bi rain…the korean singer….
- what would be the best workout routine to have that…..
- sit ups
- note=I just want the upper body exercises….I have my own routine for the lower half of the body..

- You need to incorporate some high intensity cardio as well if you want to shed bodyfat.
For your upper body perform exercises like bar dips, bench press, different variation of pushups, definitely do pull ups, bent over rows, push presses as well as power cleans.
I know this is a lot to swallow but definitely you can get it done.
