How does a woman firm up the back of her arms?
How does a woman firm up the back of her arms without building muscular arms like body builders?
- weight training is essential- if done properly - you will not bulk up or get body builder arms.
The women who start looking like men take supplements to bulk up, dehydrate themselves and spend more time in the gym than the average person would ever need to worry about.try the arm exercises here :
http://www.creatinghealth.psu.edu/osteo/…there are several variations and ways to work out the triceps- use 5 - 8 lb weights and do 3 -4 sets of 10 -15 reps. If you can do three sets of 15 reps without getting tired- use a little heavier weight.
A good aerobic program balanced with a good weight training program will give you a toned, strong, lean body and you will not get bulked up - many women avoid weights because of the fear of this- it is not going to happen- as a woman, you would really have to work hard at getting bulked up in order for that to happen. The average person with a sensible workout plan will not bulk up.
One of my favorite workout programs is Turbo Jam- it is one of the most effective programs out there and gives a good balance of aerobics, weights, and stretching and it keeps it fun- my husband enjoys doing this program as much as I do.

Okay the first step to having delightful pancakes is to slowly churn the mixture of flour, sugar, milk, and a splash of vanilla extract. Now make sure your dressed carefully..it can get feisty in there!! - bend ur arm, take it back and forth in the bended posisition for as long as u can manage. this can b done everyday any time anyime
- by raising 2 cans of some food still full up and down until you can see some toning up=good luck
