What weight?
I was wondering what is a healthy weight for a 5'4" woman (18 actually) with a small-to-medium body build? Thanks.
- Between 110 and 120 sounds good to me.
- Don't worry. As long as you have a healthy diet and you exercise, you should be just fine. Bmi is a cool way to measure, yet it does not account for bone structure or muscle mass, so you need to know what is right for you. From the info you have a similar build as I do. I weigh 107 and am 5'5''.4 and I am extremely healthy. I exercise a lot and maintain a really well balanced diet too. So, getting to the point it is not really about if you are skinny or not, but if you are healthy or not.
Stay healthy during the holiday season,I hope I could help - By guessing from your information, I would say around 115-130. I heard on a health show one time that you can figure 100lbs plus 5 lbs for every inch over 5 ft. Hopefully that makes sense. If you are active you should weigh a little more.
- Between 110lb and 130lb for a small - medium build. HTH : )
- between 115-140 (no more no less).
