What workout or sport builds the best body in women?
A penny for your thoughts. Gimme your top three.
- 1. Squats
2. Sit ups (do lots of those. LOTS)
3. Dips (triceps workout) - Depends what you mean by the best body.
If you are talking about cardio & stamina - long distance running is the way to go.
If you are talking strength & most defined muscles - weight lifting by far.
If you are talking all around fitness, mountain climbing. You'll never see a fat or clumsy mountain climber.
- SPORTS! no argue about it. sports build is alot more attractive the workout build. workout build seems to have the manly effect of built muscles which I dont believe it is attractive for women. I would prefer gals with tone muscles instead. =P

- something that involves a lot of running. possibly soccer? lacrosse? running is good for your whole body. any type of cardio will build a good body you just have to work for it.
- I think dancers have amazing bodies. So do swimmers. In terms of working out, always do some weight training along with cardio!
- The best workout would be strenght traing and the best sprt is bike riding. my other top two is cross country, and swimming. Cardio and plenty of jogging for a good workout.
