Why do women have different body build when it comes to physical activity?

From dancers to swimmers to runners. What muscles do I need to work on if I want a body like Jennifer Lopez or Jessica Simpson? I want to work the RIGHT muscles of my body. Which should I focus on mainly? If you work chest muscles does that mean it would look like a mans? lol I am clueless so just help me :D All the dancers like ballerina and pussycat dolls and victoria secret have beautiful bodies.

  1. just be happy with yourself you shouldn't be concerned with looking like someone else.

    celeb's spend thousands to look the way they do.

    my advice join a gym, dance class, martial arts, etc. and they can help you on which muscle groups to work on to achive the look you want and to get in shape, look into eating healthy as well and if you still aren't happy with yourself the look into counseling, anti-depressants and maybe even plastic surgery . but it sounds more like you have a issue with self appearance rather than this being a fitness related question
