Women Body Building Question?

I want to become a woman body builder, I just started working out recently. I was wondering what should I eat, and what should I do (workout wise) and how long might it take to start seeing results?

  1. Diet: Eat several healthy, high protein meals/snacks each day. Make sure you take in a lot of calories, but don't necessarily eat a lot of junk. Lots of fruits and veggies with these meals/snacks.

    Workout: Change it up evey several weeks. You can generally train each muscle group only once each week and see results, as long as you train hard. Sometimes use heavy weights for lower reps, and sometimes use lighter weights for higher reps. Keep your body guessing!

    One more thing: good for you! Most women would shy away from doing this, but I think it's great.
