Women's body building- If I cut back to 12 grams of fat per day?
- Well it depends. You didn't say how much you weigh, how old you are, how tall you are, your body fat %, etc. Are you really trying to lose weight or did you mean to say body fat? There's a big difference.
As a general rule, 10% of your daily caloric intake should come from fats. Good fats–not trans fats.
Go to bodybuilding.com and read up on fat loss in the forums.

- nope…decreasing dietary fats does not speed up fat loss. if your diet is too low in fats it will have a negative effect on fat loss as there will also be a decrease in test production. as the levels of circulating androgens decreases so will fat burning.
you should be getting a minimum of 20% of the daily calories from fats
