About Bodybuilding?
I m lifting weights for more than 25 years , and if I take the popular wall test wich means standing againnst a wall with butts shoulders and head , my had goes forward not touching the wall in a natural stand and I m giving an affort to touch my head back in the wall is my posture bad?
- May be your back muscles and neck muscles are thicker and forcing your head away. Try doing head stretches.
