About Bodybuilding?

I m lifting weights for more than 25 years , and if I take the popular wall test wich means standing againnst a wall with butts shoulders and head , my had goes forward not touching the wall in a natural stand and I m giving an affort to touch my head back in the wall is my posture bad?

  1. May be your back muscles and neck muscles are thicker and forcing your head away. Try doing head stretches.
