Are there any websites that where I can print out a variety of natural weightlifting workout programs?
I would like weightlifting workouts focussed on bodybuilding, for bulk and mass, primarily, without all the "mass media hype". You know, just natural workout programs. I admire Jack Lalanne's philosophy of "pride and disciple". Any workouts that range from a "3 days a week" up to a "6 days a week" program.
