Can you find the name of the man who was president of FLORIDA' S Bodybuilding federation in 2000 ?

His first name is PETER, I think. Maybe he was ruling the branch of WEITHERS' international bodybuilding federation( IFBB)-or some sort of natural bodybuilding in FLORIDA( USA).
