Do any one know if favanil is safe, this is a all natural appetite suppressant?
Found in different body building and fitness magazines.
- peace n` love
- Many herbal supplements that are advertised may not be safe. These supplements do not fall under FDA guidelines for vitamins, so the content and claims are not required to be authenticated, safe, or reliable. Many supplements may interact with other supplements and medications. Some can also cause harmful side effects like heart arrythmias. I strongly suggest seeking your doctor's advice before putting any supplement in your body.
- I think asking a doctor may be a better course of action. Don't put anything in your body that requires you to question how safe it is to ingest. Nothing beats a healthy diet and daily activity. If you are concerned about vanity, remember that beauty fades. The soul is eternal. Maybe focus more on that.
