Hi I am a novice bodybuilder and am wanting to know how to build natural testosterone levels in the body?
Thanks to anyone who can help me
- cycling your diet works.
for 2 weeks diet with low calories but still eat protein.
then after those 2 weeks, do a bulking phase. eat as much as you possibly can. this will make your hormone levels go up. - work out your legs. They are the largest muscle group and generate lots of Testosterone. Do some squats.
- well dont masturbate is one no sex then either other then that just eat meat it good for you and will give you creatine as well…
