Hi I am a novice bodybuilder and am wanting to know how to build natural testosterone levels in the body?

Thanks to anyone who can help me

  1. cycling your diet works.
    for 2 weeks diet with low calories but still eat protein.
    then after those 2 weeks, do a bulking phase. eat as much as you possibly can. this will make your hormone levels go up.
  2. work out your legs. They are the largest muscle group and generate lots of Testosterone. Do some squats.
  3. well dont masturbate is one no sex then either other then that just eat meat it good for you and will give you creatine as well…
