If you've used GABA?
Did you feel effects right away, like the next day or was it a slow build up? Or a little of both? I'm feeling a little of both. I felt better the next day, and after about a week feel 50% more relaxed than I did prior to taking it.
- (If people are reading this who haven't used it, GABA is an amino acid known as your body's "natural valium")
