- because my friends are growing taller than me and I'm still here!!
- How many years left till my body stops growing?
- no u will be built and short..lol
- Honey, I'm 26 and only 5'2. Your fine! But, exercise is ALWAYS healthy. Just, don't over do it! Be safe.
- try the easy, inexpensive natural treatment I recommend here. In fact, I just read this yesterday. Before then, I did not know there was anything that helped growth.

Also milk is not good as the high protein causes one to excrete calcium which is needed for growth (It is actually correlated with causing rather than preventing osteoporosis). This treatment works positively on calcium levels and how it is processed.
Even if it doesn't help, it has multiple health benefits, especially if taken with raw honey.

- it is natural, your growth spurt will come, but everyone is different, some do it early and others later. my nephew last year who is 15 grew 4 inches, he was always very small and is now as tall as his classmates. working out is always a healthy idea, just don't over due it, and do it naturally. your body is still growing and you can injure yourself alot easier. working out will not make you grow taller, just wider. good luck
- Hello, you think that you are below the average but I'm of 15 and mine is only 5. And don't think bad if your buddies are growing taller. There may be some things which u can do and they can't.
The body of a male approximately grows till 18-19. And from my point of view you should take this thing that everything has an advantage and disadvantage. - I'm planning to work out so I can build some muscles.. will it affect my growth rate?
