Is whey protein strictly necessary for bodybuilding? I'd like to consume natural protein such as eggs. plz hlp
- Whey protein is just one of the many proteins out there, but it's considered by many bodybuilders to be the best. Whey is a fast protein which makes it ideal for after workout shakes. It gives your body the protein it needs to build muscle, but milk protein and other kinds of protein are better suited for other kinds of muscle building. In fact, you get much better results if you eat a variation of proteins rather than just eating one. There are a lot of different shakes that contain lots of different proteins because some are slower than others, so that your body gets all the protein it needs for the rest of the day, or at least for as long as the muscles need fuel after a work out.
- eggs, chicken, tuna, and milk
- eggs, meat… but remenber to drink lots of water to help your body… is very important!!
- Any quality protein is fine but whey has so many benefits other than just giving you amino acids. Google it. I'll give you one article to get started. The stuff is a miracle.
- Yes you need protien and it can be comsumed in many different foods just stay the hell away from steriod use.
- egg protein ,chicken are the best body building diet as they are similar to our body proteinseasily taken up. soyabean is best for veg
