1 yr back I used to bodybuild and den I took a huge brk…-yesterday once again I restarted bodybuilding..now wen I used to bodybuild I used to take around 30kgs at bench press etc..with that in mind yesterday I tried to lift around 10kgs all round…witha little help froma frnd I was successful at doing proper reps..but d prob is my body muscles got caught(hardened)..and as u guys know wen ur muscles harden ders no more lifting…today I could hardly lift 5kgs…pain is natural but wat can I do to loosen up my body muscles….
- Make sure you are stretching. It is good to warm up first, stretch, and then start with your lifting. Also, stretch when you are finished. This will really help with your flexibility and help you with soreness and stiffness. Also, drink water. If you're sweating it out, you need to replace it. Since you took a break from lifting, you need time for your body to get used to the demands you are putting on it again. You won't be at your peak right now. Be patient and work back to the level you were once at. If not, you will injure yourself and you will be worse off than where you started!
- if you were bodybuilding a year ago, why do you need help with this question? and if you were lifting, why are you only able to lift 30 kgs? your muscles are hardening cause your not drinking enough water! and if you are taking cell tech or anything that is powder that you mix with water, it doesnt count towards your daily amount of water you should be taking!
