My wife is in her mid 30's and has a body that still turns guy's heads. but when I tell her she's beautiful and sexy, she doesn't believe me. She has a slim build with perky breasts and an *** to die for. Her face has got a natural beauty to it. She doesn't wear a lot of makeup doesn't need to.

2. I myself always feel kind of ackward when complimented about my body. I love the compliments but I just never know what to say, for one I don't always agree but even if I did agree saying "Thank you, I know" is just rude and snobby. I do know that even though she might not feel she is sexy, she is very happy you find her so, so don't ever stop telling or showing her how beautiful she is to you.

6. I would say, favorable comparisons to other women. Always in your wife's favor, of course. And, franly, some men and women will not be attentive to that. You might have to do it in asubtle way. Question her about what she thinks is unattractive in her, and why. You might find out it won't be reasonable, but don't argue with that. That might not be the best way. Instead, try to find other areas of her bodies that you both agree to be attractive. You are likely to find much more of those than the ones she is displeased about. If you manage to show her that there are more attractive areas than the problematic ones, she will become happier.
   Try to look at it from her perspective, than you would be more likely to pursuade her, because you would understand her difficulties more.
   And of course, proof by action cannot hurt either.

8. keep telling her! even if she doesnt believe you, if she keeps hearing it time and time again she is going to start thinking there is some truth to it. Also if you are comfortable, tell her every time you see a guy check her out. My bf does that with me, and even though it embarasses me it shows me that he isnt the only guy who find me attractive.
   Stare at her at times when she wouldnt expect you to (as in the check out line at the grocery store) and if she asks you why you are looking, just tell her you like to look at her. Most women at least have a CLUE that they are hot, but they may have trouble admitting it…even to themselves!
