Whatb is natural dite while body building.?
- Loads of beans, chicken (but not the skin) no pork ( hard to digest) and lots of pasta and rice. Butter beans are good
- Lots of fruits and vegetables. Also whole grains. Bananas help build muscle.
- Lean protein (turkey, skinless chicken breast, fish etc…) is the key. You've got to have enough protein to build muscle. Have three meals with a morning and afternoon snack. Don't eat dinner past 5:30. Drink a lot of water. Keep the carbs low, eat the healty carbs like green beans. No rice, pasta, potatoes or bread. It sucks, but works quickly if you are committed.
