Whatb is natural dite while body building.?

  1. Loads of beans, chicken (but not the skin) no pork ( hard to digest) and lots of pasta and rice. Butter beans are good
  2. Lots of fruits and vegetables. Also whole grains. Bananas help build muscle.
  3. Lean protein (turkey, skinless chicken breast, fish etc…) is the key. You've got to have enough protein to build muscle. Have three meals with a morning and afternoon snack. Don't eat dinner past 5:30. Drink a lot of water. Keep the carbs low, eat the healty carbs like green beans. No rice, pasta, potatoes or bread. It sucks, but works quickly if you are committed.
