I need balance diet schedule as per the demand of nutrition in our body please suggest technical solution(veg.
(VEGETARIAN)mine having average body going to join some job ,in that case meals taking outside is normal; friends also need similar solution to build up the body /maintain in normal in some differ situation.
- pls don't suggest like take green vegitable ,season fruits, juice & milk.
- at present we can't access other source of idea due to studies & some work.
